This 44 tooth chain wheel fits all Brompton bicycle models.

It attaches to a standard square type spindle as used on the FAG bottom brackets supplied by Brompton.

Complete with chain guard and crank cap.

Changing from the standard 50 tooth chain wheel used on the standard 3 / 6 speed Brompton to this 44 tooth chain wheel should reduce the gear ratio by 12% - making going up hill easier! (you would also need to remove 2 links from your chain)

Tools required:
CCP-22/CWP-7 - Crank puller or equivalent tool
Small flat head screwdriver (to remove cap on crank)
14mm socket (or CCW-5) to undo the bolt holding the crank in place 
Grease (such as PPL-1 from Park Tool)
