SRAM Eagle powerlock chain connector - rainbow - for use with 12 speed chains only 

SRAM chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool free, sure and consistent way to connect their 12 speed chains

While the PowerLock does not require special tools for install, the especially tight tolerances of 12 Speed drive trains mean that you may need master link pliers for removal.

Note: PowerLock is good for a one-time application only.
