Getting the right size tyre for your bike is important - though not always as simple as it seems
To select the right size tyre, we suggest that you go by the ETRTO / ISO number (e.g. 37-349) which is printed on the side of the existing tyre - not by the size (e.g. 16-inch), as a description of 26-inch for example can refer to several different diameters.
For a full, in depth explanation of tyre sizing, you could check out this web page .... The Sheldon Brown guide to tyre sizing
If in doubt you could contact us here at Brilliant Bikes

12 inch tyres - not just for bicycles but also for pushchairs and strollers
We stock a selection 16 inch bicycle tyres for your folding (e.g. Brompton, Dahon, Moulton) or other small wheeled bike made by Schwalbe and Brompton.
We suggest that to get the correct tyre size you check out the ERTO/ISO size on the tyre wall.
For example: The Brompton standard 16 inch tyre is often described as 16 x 1 3/8 but it is also 37-349 (349mm is the diameter), the Marathon and Marathon Plus tyres from Schwalbe are 35-349 (same diameter but slightly narrower) and the Kojak from Schwalbe is 32-349 (narrower again). The Brompton can support all these 349 diameter tyres.
Currently we only have the Schwalbe Kojak available in 17 inch
