This is the new for Autumn 2021, Backpack made with the Jonathan Liberty Print.

Brompton Metro Back Pack is the first backpack designed to work with the Brompton front luggage system or your back! Leaving you with free hands for your bike and anything else during your commute

When riding, you can attach it to the front carrier block

When carrying the bike - you can put the bag over your shoulders - to reduce the carrying weight

When folding your Brompton, you can put the backpack on your back instead of on a wet or dirty floor

The bag is made from a recycled polyester yarn, with a padded air mesh rear panel to help prevent your back from getting too hot

Outside storage

On the front is the Brompton tryptych - a picture in three parts, showing the Brompton fully folded, partially unfolded and fully unfolded

Also on the front is a zip up front pocket which can be easily accessed - we think its perfect for wallet, keys and sunglasses

There are two side pockets, one contains a rain proof cover - they have a stretch band at the top to keep the contents secure - and the perfect size for a water bottle 

A smart magnetic snap system - by Fidlock - keeps the back straps safely in place on the front of the bag whilst riding

Inside storage

Inside, the backpack has a padded laptop sleeve. This is big enough for a MacBook Pro 16 inch - without any additional case (we have tested it, but haven't tested with additional cases)

There is also a zip up "cargo net" style stretch pocket - big enough for a 10 inch iPad, or other items you don't want rattling around

The rest of the inside is one big space

This is an ideal bag for journeys that include a number of off bike sections or for those that prefer to spread the load across two shoulders but still have the ability to mount the bag on the front of the bike

It's also smart enough for taking to the office

We're going to use it as our camera bag - so we carry the camera easily when riding, and when off the bike filming, wear the bag on our back
