Brompton standard front wheel fixings

This genuine set of Brompton front wheel fittings secures your standard Brompton / Brompton B75 front wheel to the front forks 

Not suitable for Brompton Electric, Suberlight or Hub dynamo front wheels

The set comprises:

  • 2 x washers
  • 2 x axle nuts
  • 1 x tab washer (goes on the right hand side - as you sit on the bike)
  • 1 x indented tab washer (helps hold the mudguard stay, axle hook - whick keeps the bike folded - in place). (goes on the left hand side - as you sit on the bike) 

These wheel / axle fittings are for use with a standard Brompton front wheel (Q part reference QFWSS)

The Brompton standard front wheel is used on the following model bikes:

  • Brompton A Line / B75
  • Brompton C Line / Pre 2022 model 

Not suitable for:

  • Brompton bikes with a super light front wheel
  • Brompton P Line
  • Brompton T Line
  • Brompton Electric
  • Brompton CHPT3

We made this video on removing / re-installing your Bromton front wheel - this can be useful if you are not entirely sure of the sequence of nuts / washers when re-fitting:

    Brompton currently only sell the washers in silver (not black) - and in single , sorry
