Although the above gives a rough size guide - there is a simple sizing on the Intense box! (You need to be able to stand over the highest part of the crossbar with a one inch learance between the crossbar and your crotch - we think this is a safety feature!)

Maintenance notes, if you need to replace your bottom bracket bearings we would recommend the following:Hope Bottom Bracket Stainless Steel BBPF4130SS, with a DUB conversion kit, BB016-K2 and then if you need a preload kit, you will need a SSP8001001
