Brompton chains are available in 4 different lengths:
To remove your old (non quick link) chain and re-install this new one you will need a chain tool such as the CT-3 from Park Tool or equivalent
To remove an old chain which does have a quick link - a pair of chain link removal pliers can be very helpful
We made the below video showing how to choose the right length of chain, remove the existing and install a new chain on your Brompton folding bike

Good chain easy to change
Brilliant bikes delivered this very promptly allowing me to repair my Brompton ultra quickly
Quick and easy to change
The chain is easy to change. You may need a tool to take off the old chain but to put the new one on, nothing is required. You almost for sure need to change the sprockets at the same time to avoid that the new chain will slip on them.
