    The Mountain bike wheel evolved from 26 inch to 29 inch but initially they weren't built tough enough for the demands they needed to meet

    So then came 27.5 inch - larger than the traditional 26 inch wheel size making it easier to roll over rough ground 

    Then the 29 inch made a comeback and has pretty much become the standard for mountain biking

    We stock wheels from Hope - designed and built in the UK

    These wheels use the new Hope Pro 5 hub - launched in 2025 and replacing the Pro 4

    They are available in the Hope standard finishing kit colours

    There are options for different number of spokes
