In the unlikely event that you aren't happy you can of course return your item

Note: The item you want to return must be returned in its original packaging and without traces of use

We try to keep our returns policy as simple as possible

We do after-all sell online and understand that there's a good chance you will buy something which you can’t try in advance

We try and offer these guides to reduce the possibility that you have selected the wrong thing

We at Brilliant Bikes want you to be completely happy with your purchase: no buyers remorse! 

We therefore offer you a 30 Day Money-Back-Guarantee on our products. Unfortunately, some of our items are exempt from this guarantee

Things such as:

  • bespoke items (e.g. a custom bike modified just for you is of no use to somebody else)
  • items sold by the meter (e.g. cable outers)
  • products that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (e.g. helmets / clothing)
  • also special order items that we got in just for you

Should you not be entirely satisfied, and you would like to return an item, then this should be done within the first 30 days

Please contact us under all circumstances prior to your return by:

Giving us the order reference and reason for return

The equipment must be returned in its original packaging and without traces of use

Unfortunately you will need to pay for the return carriage / postage

Once we have received your return we will check it for obvious signs of damage

Next, we will credit the full sales price to the method of payment used originally on the order

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order before we have shipped it ...
