    The 29 inch wheel size has pretty much become the standard for mountain bikes in 2025

    The Mountain bike wheel evolved from 26 inch to 29 inch but initially they weren't built tough enough for the demands they needed to meet

    So then came 27.5 inch - larger than the traditional 26 inch wheel size making it easier to roll over rough ground

    We stock wheels from Hope - designed and built in the UK

    These wheels use the new Hope Pro 5 hub - launched in 2025 and replacing the Pro 4

    They are available in the Hope standard finishing kit colours

    There are options for different number of spokes 

    And different drivers depending upon your gear setup
