If you look after your chain with regular cleaning and lubrication (though don't over-do it) your chain will last you longer than an unloved rusty chain (and it will actually make your riding easier / more efficient)

Chains come in different lengths (the number of links) and widths (dependent upon the number of gears) e.g.

  • 6/7/8-speed

  • 13-speed

You need to have the correct chain to fit your gear / drive chain setup

Chain spares / parts - such as linkscan be found in the subcategory rather than polluting the list of chains
