This has been discontinued by Brompton and is no longer available

This was originally designed for older M type handlebars which used to flex a lot. It is still liked by some riders trying to reduce the handlebar flex.

What is in the Brompton handlebar crossbar kit:
2 x strap/clip-band
2 x M5 x 20 button-head screw
2 x plain headed bush
2 x threaded headed bush (greased)
1 x "jacking" screw (M5 x 25)
1 x crossbar assembly 

Please note: This is compatible with the current 7/8" handlebars - if you still have the older 15/16" bars - these should (due to age) be replaced. 

Tools required:
3mm hex / allen key
Two 17mm AF spanners
A screwdriver (maybe)
