The new for June 2021, Liberty Metropolis version of the Borough Tote is perfect for the Brompton rider looking for something a little more stylish / colourful
It’s a compact shopper style with a zipped main compartment and two external pockets. Made from the same durable, highly water resistant printed polyester fabric as the Folding Basket
It features soft webbing handles long enough to wear over your shoulder or carry in your hand. The handles can also be tucked away in the front pocket for safety when you are riding the bike.
Compatible with ALL handlebar types
A classic off-duty style that is perfectly suited to days out or trips to town.
About the Liberty Fabric Metropolis Print
Liberty is one of the world’s most iconic and best-loved brands, feted and used by many leading brands and fashion houses for nearly 150 years.
New for summer 2021. The Liberty fabric - Metropolis print captures the spirit of London with function and style. The Metropolis is as ode to London, drawn from the city's towering skyscrapers with a bold geometric pattern and 3D shapes.
Liberty fabrics are traditionally produced on lightweight cottons and silks, but to be suitable for use as Brompton luggage, close work was carried out with the mill in Italy to create a durable quality with a PU coating on the reverse to provide water resistance, and a DWR finish on the face which allows water to bead on the surface and run off, keeping contents dry and protected.
This is one of four items in the Liberty Metropolis print range - along with the metro pouch, basket bag and backpack.
