The SV-9 (and all 9 series) output is designed to match the German StVZO 6V3W/20” regulation (the Germans have a tough regulations on lights - so they become the tough baseline to measure up to)

The SV-9 dynamo has gone one up on the previous SV-8 by improving on the dynamos weight and performance

In addition to its low resistance and ultra slim size, this new series is unbelievably light in weight and incrediblly efficient.

The unique aerodynamic shape of the hub has been optimised to a golf ball size, while attaining an unprecedented weight of only 299g (we made it around 310g)

All models included in the 9 series are related to the number of 9, especially in regard to weight. For example, SV-9-F is for OLD74mm with a weight of only 299g, and SV-9 is for OLD100mm with a weight only 309g.
