Park Tool - 1.3mm External Retaining Ring Pliers RP-3
Professional quality ring pliers (or cir-clip pliers) that are made from forged, heat treated pro-moly steel with a return spring. The pliers have a vinyl dripped grips.
The RP-3 has 1.3mm tips on a bent nose blades for medium, external snap rings.
