Minimalist design and fully functional.  In the dark 'C' shaped arcs of light to each side combine with superbly bright rear light out which is powered by two high power LEDs.

What is LineTec?

When a rear light shines only as a single point of light, other traffic participants approaching a bicycle at night from behind can estimate the distance only inadequately.  This changes when the rear light becomes a wide light strip: Now the distance can be perceived much more accurately, because the light strip emits a "spatial light" in the 'spaceless' dark.  This special technology that creates a homogeneous light strip from one high output LED is called LineTec.

Hi, is the power connection on the right hand side of the unit as you look at the light from behind? Ie the power connection in the same place as the original Brompton light or will I need to extend the Brompton wiring? Thanks Answer:
Thanks for the question. The connector is on the left when looking at the light. We have looked old and new Spanninga and as you said this is on the right (i.e. the other side). We think however, there should be enough play in the cable to allow this to fit.
