Brompton G Line Chain Tensioner

Chain tensioner for the following Brompton folding bikes:

• 8 speed Brompton G Line 

In the packet is the G Line chain tensioner without any fittings or instructions 

Fitting instructions:

Firstly remove the chain tensioner as follows: 

• Disengage the chain tensioner to loosen the chain. 
• Remove the rear wheel by removing the bolts using a 16mm Spanner
• Remove the chain tensioner by removing the counter sunk screw using a 5mm Allen (hex) key 

Installation instructions: 

• Place the chain tensioner into position on the rear frame dropout. 
• Insert the counter sunk nut in the hole on the inside of the rear frame dropout. 
• Screw the counter sunk screw into the counter sunk nut while holding the chain tensioner.
• Then tighten to 5Nm.
