Brompton G Line Front Battery Light

This is a rechargeable batter front light for your G Line, the key features are as follows: 

• Mounts to your G line front fork 
• Bright with up to a 500 Lumen output and daytime flash 
• IPX7 water resistant rated 
• It has a maximum rub time of 20 hours and is rechargeable with a USB cable (not provided)
• Machined aluminium body 
• Battery capacity - 650 mAh

Note this light and bracket are not compatible with A, C, P or T line Brompton bicycles

Do not submerge the light into water, if you do dry it out thoroughly

• Fitting instructions 

Brompton G Line front light fitting instructions:

To fit the bracket to your G Line: 

• Remove the handle bar mounting bracket from the light - using a 4mm Allen key / hex wrench (not 9Nm as it says in the instruction data sheet)
• Fit the O-Ring to the plastic mount and fit the mount to the underside of the light
• To fit the bracket to the fork: remove the pedal holder and bolt by unscrewing the pedal holder with a 4mm Hex key
• Fit the washer to the bolt, then insert the light bracket into the front fork, tighten the to 3Nm
• To fit the light to the bracket - push until you hear a click 
• To remove push the lever on the light up from the bottom

To operate: 

• Press the on / off button for 2 seconds
• To cycle modes press the on / off buttons

Note - times are approximate (as provided by the supplier - not tested by us!

Battery indicator:

Charging your Brompton G Line front light: 

• Fully charge the light before first use
• To charge, turn off the light
• Remove USB protective cover
• Insert USB charging cable (not provided) / USB charger
• While charging the charge LED light will flash green
• The light takes 3 - 4 hours to charge and the light will glow green when fully charged 
• Once charged remove from the USB charger and replace the protective cover
