Introduced in 2024 with the 20 inch wheel G Line Brompton folding bike

As with so many Brompton enhancements over the years, these pedals are compatible with all model Brompton folding bikes (both 16 inch and 20 inch wheel versions)

This is a pair of pedals for your Brompton, the left is a quick release and the right is a fixed pedal, the package contains the following items: 

• A left hand quick release pedal (157g)
• A fixed right hand pedal (163g) 
• A quick release mechanism (38g)
• required washers 
• Quick release pedal holder (12g)

Note: Left / Right hand as you are sitting on the bike

The weight of the two pedals is TBC plus the fitting parts at TBC so the total weight is approx TBC (according to our scales)

Tools required 

• A 8mm hex (Allen) key
• A 6mm hex (Allen) key
• A torque wrench (ideally)

Superlight Pedal Fitting instructions

The fit the quick release pedal to the non-drive side:

• Place the bike in the parked position 
• Place the left crank arm parallel and toward the back of the bike to provide access to the back of the crank arm 
• Fit the washer 
• Apply anti-seize or grease to the pedal quick release mechanism tighten to 11.8Nm using a 6mm Hex (Allen) Key 
• Turn clockwise to install and anti-clockwise to uninstall 
• To remove the pedal when not in use, press either side of the pedal quick release mechanism and pull the pedal away from the crank arm

To fit the fixed right pedal to the drive side:

• Place the bike in the parked position
• Apply some anti-seize or grease to the thread of the pedal 
• Tighten the pedal to 20Nm using an 8mm Hex key

These pedals are as supplied on the T Line Brompton, but are also compatible with the P Line and C Line Bromptons. On the C and P Line Bromptons the pedal holder fits to the rear of the front brake caliper
