Brompton 3-speed Integrated Shifter

Integrated gear shifter for 3-speed, 6-speed and 12-speed Brompton folding bikes

The gear shifter uses a self-returning mechanism to change between the three gears on the Brompton 3-speed BSR, 6-speed BWR or 12-speed internally geared hub, pushing down changes to an easier gear, and up to a harder gear

You should NOT pedal while changing gear when changing gear using this shifter

Note - this shifter is not compatible with pre-2017 M/H handle bars and is only compatible with the 3-speed / 6-speed / 12-speed gear mechanism

Tools required:

• 3mm Allen key
• 4mm Allen key
• Torque wrench 

The shifter mounts onto the brake lever via two M3 screws that need to be done up to 0.6Nm - do not over tighten! 
There is a spacer between the brake lever and the shifter, this is vital to ensure clearance

Note: until 2025 this was sold complete with a brake lever - now it is the shifter only
