Brompton Titanium rear frame

Replacement Brompton rear frame / triangle in lightweight titanium

Note: The titanium rear frame is (once again) in limited supply

As well as a big weight saving over the standard steel frame, titanium doesn't rust

The titanium rear triangle / frame doesn't include a pump fitting location (to save weight)

Just how much does it weigh? It weighs 0.5 kg in the packaging compared to a steel rear triangle that weighs 0.95 kg in the packaging 

Note: All Brompton frame parts must be (as per our contract with Brompton) fitted at our shop in Chobham - we are not able to deliver or allow fitting by third parties

The rear frame installation is quite involved and includes the following steps:
Removing the rear wheel, mudguards (if fitted), brakes, rack (if fitted) 
Drill out the old frame hinge
Fit new rear frame / hinge
Re-assemble the rear of the bike and set up (including gears)
The approximate fitting cost is £50 - but this depends upon the specification / condition of your Brompton

Colour: Unpainted titanium (as used on all superlight Bromptons - except for the CHPT3 2018 model where the titanium was painted black)
