This is a Sunrace lock ring and sprocket unit (SPCS10), with the following specifications:

• 11, 13, 15 teet sprockets,
• lockring for Sunrace 10-speed cassettes (Shimano compatible)
• Material: Sprocket: Steel
• Material Lockring: Aluminium

It's actually designed as a service kit for 10 speed Sunrise cassettes where just the 3 smallest sprockets (11t / 13t and / or 15t) have worn and can be replaced without replacing the whole cassette

This lock ring is compatible with the P and T line 4 speed cassette (Q102695) - in case you are just looking for one of those
