This is a set of lights, a white front light and a red red light. They are both USB rechargeable with the cable included 

The Femto USB Drive Front

This really is a very compact lightweight USB rechargeable LED light, 

Its durable co-moulded construction is minimal and has an IPX7 water resistance rating. It has a versatile mounting strap 

The key specifications are as follows: 

• Five output modes
• Up to 15-lumens
• the custom Wide Angle Optics lens provides well over 180° of visibility
• Can be used for up to 20 hours 
• Rechargeable with the included Micro USB cable.
• A secure, threaded composite matrix cover keeps the USB port clean and sealed.
• When used on Pulse at a maximum of 15 lumens the life light will last for 20 hours, pulse it will last for 12 hours and on constant will last for 6 hours  that's between charges (so the manufacturers say)

• he Femto USB Rear bike light can run for up to 15 hours and is easily rechargeable with the included Micro USB cable.
• A secure, threaded composite matrix cover keeps the USB port clean and sealed
• The light will last for 15 hours, when flashing at 5 Lumens, for 9 hours with pulsing and 4.5 hours when on contact - that's between charges (so the manufacturers say)
