This Handlebar Pouch is 100% waterproof, it is a small handlebar pouch for storing items safety. The pouch fits most handlebars using the EVA spacers and cables.  The two straps with aluminium buckles make mounting easy and reliable with a head tube strap to prevent the bag from swinging. It may will also fit to other Scape Bags as an extra pocket.
