The Brompton is perfect for all but extreme types of riding from the daily commute to popping to the shops / bank / cafe to accompanying the kids on their ride to school to touring in a canal boat or keeping in the back of your car for when you want to get a quick ride in!

Folding up to such a small size means it is accepted on just about all public transport - including South West trains!, can be stored under your desk when at work or in a small cupboard when at home.
