Orbea Oiz swing arm bearing kit 

This is the pivot kit where the rear shock joins the rear triangle

It consists of the following parts:
Seatstay pivot bolt
Seatstay pivot spacer x 2
Seatstay pivot bearing
Seatstay pivot washer
Seatstay pivot nut

The image on the Orbea website is a different colour, this part is black.
