This is a 5mm thick rubber grommet (22x8) is used in the following bikes:

Orbea Occam carbon (2016, 2017/2018) as a dropper seat cap 
Orbea Oiz (2017/2018) is used as a dropper seat cap
Orbea Terra (2017/2018) as a plug when using the SRAM e-Tap with hydraulic discs and mechanical group sets with hydraulic discs 
Orca OME (2016) as a plug for the Di2 groups set (internal battery) and the Campagnolo EPS with an internal battery
Avant OME (2016/2017) as a plug for the group sets (mechanical, Di2 (internal and external battery), Campagnolo EPS internal battery and Campagnolo EPS external battery with the chain stay left.
