MKS Compact EZY Removable City Pedals (pair)

Perfect for a folding bike or where you have less space - these MKS Compact EZY City pedals can be removed when you are not riding the bike using the MKS "EZY" removable pedal axle system.

These are the latest addition (as at May 2017!) to the popular EZY removable range - the Compact EZY. (Note to self - must remember to remove the latest part some time in the future!)

The ultra low profile/low volume shape is perfect for city bikes and folding bikes - we're thinking Brompton!.

The superlight one piece extruded alloy body is extremely robust and the CNC machined sealed bearings and bushings are both silky smooth and will withstand all weather conditions.

The pronounced edgings mean that the small size does not compromise grip. The ultimate compact pedal.

Note: The yellow C ring supplied should be fitted to stop the pedal from being released by kicking during the pedal stroke - we thought it wouldn't happen, so tried without them - eventually we managed to make the pedal come loose. It sits behind the pedal and stops the pedal release mechanism from being deployed. (In winter with cold fingers this could be a bit of a fiddly manouver)

Weight: 152g/pedal (304g for the pair)
(So using a pair of these is lighter than using a standard pair of Brompton fixed right a folding left hand pedals) 

Tools required: 16mm cone/pedal spanner for installing / removing pedal adapters
