Should you ride clipped in, or should you ride flats - the debate continues
With these pedals you can do either - with the same pedal - one side is for flat shoes (e.g. 5:10's with the grippy stealth soles) and the other side is for cleated shoes
Cleats are included with the pedals
They are available in a choice of colours too:
Black/Silver
Black/Orange
Blue/Black
Green/Black
Slightly cheaper than the double shot 3 and slightly more expensive than the double shot 1 - you start to see how the numbering works ;-)
The penalty for the cheaper price:
Moulded pins on the flat side (on the double shot 3 they are adjustable - and offer more grip)
The benefits over the double shot 3:
Slightly lighter 395g vs 403g
More choice of colour
Cheaper
Choose to ride flat or clipped in. The new double shot is crankbrothers hybrid pedal designed half flat / half clip-in.
