Great Intense Spider service

Quick turnaround and competitively priced replacement of all pivot bearings on my Intense Spider. Brakes serviced and now smooth with nice feel and power.

Workshop parts/service labour

Brilliant Bikes helped me with a sticking gear changer.My 20 yr old Muddy Fox had let me down and i was considering buying new gear sets, but a quick look told them that a wear and tear item had broken. They found the perfect match with the system and fitted a later version of the changer which surprised me in terms of value for money. Thank you BB for being customer friendly.

repaired my bike...again

the guys at brilliant bikes fix my bike every time i trash it- and as a heavy use mountain bike it happens quite alot. They always do it fast, make it good as new and for a reasonable cost

Awesome service and advice from Mike - by far the best mechanic for your bike in the area. Had MTB set-up at very short notice for race the next day. Very friendly, certainly knows his stuff, and superb worksmanship. Recommend all round and will always use in future.

Brilliant Wheel!

First Class Brompton rear wheel built around my 5-speed Sturmey hub.

Brilliant by name and quality

I was fitted in at short notice, was listened to when discussing what I wanted (not always done for women cyclists in workshops), work was done quickly, good suggestions made and some extra fiddly bits done I hadn't noticed or asked for. Cost of labour well priced. Very impressed and I definitely recommend Brilliant Bikes.

2 new tyres and inner tubes

Whilst passing the shop last week popped in enquiered about new tyres ,the shop owner ordered me the new tyres ,dropped my wheels off this morning ,and with in an hour ,got my old tyres and inner tubes with my new tyres on my wheels .Great good old customer service ! Iam very impressed ... Period .

Hydrauilc Brake Service

I booked the bike in for brake service on both wheels, when I went to pick the bike up I was informed that only one brake really needed doing so they had only serviced one of them. Picked the bike up on the same day with a few quid saved.
Nice to have a bike shop you can trust !

So nice to have a working bike again

I brought the guys in my bike that was in a pretty sorry state (long story/not my fault!) they were very welcoming and friendly, something I haven't had from a LBS for a long time!

They've done an amazing job on the service and had it back to me the next day, sorting out my brakes, rear shock and gears, it was so nice to go for a ride on the weekend with a bike that worked how it's meant to.

Have recommended them to my riding buddies for the next time any of them have issues.

BB fixed my tired old mountain bike a year ago and did a great job. Then a few weeks ago the front forks, handlebars and brakes were stolen. The guys did a good deal and rebuilt it again: it's good as new. Excellent service thanks

Amazing service - as always!

I had an issue with my Brompton hub dynamo - fixed really quickly by Mike and at no charge as it was a warranty issue with the light.

I really can't recommend Brilliant Bikes enough - they're what every bike shop should aspire to be!

Service Plus !

I bought a great second hand MTB ( Yeti ) from a friend and although I love it , the frame is too big for me . Mike in Brilliant Bikes has been great in identifying the problem and has helped in adjusting the bike to suit me better ( stem and seating position etc) now the bike feels good and handles much better. Great service, patience and advice.

Found fault on bike frame that other dealers missed

Brought kids bike from another dealer. It had a handling problem but the other dealer stated it was ok. Took it to Brilliant Bikes for second opinion and they found a manufacturing defect with the frame. B Bikes contacted manufacturer and they replaced it with a new bike. I cannot speak highly enough about the service B Bikes gave me considering I didn't buy the bike at their shop, Top marks.

Great service again

Friendly and swift service as always. Also had required part in stock unlike several branches of large national chains that I tried first as bottom bracket snapped in Central London - and at a lower price too. Ordinarily I'd try Brilliant Bikes first.
