Bronze service (excludes any required parts)

Our Bronze level service is an all over check and entry level tune up

We can service any tyre and make of bike

Being Brompton specialists means that we have all the spare parts readily available (should they need changing) and don't charge extra for the service itself for a Brompton compared to any other bike

We'll take care of the following:

• Brakes - checked and adjusted
• Gears - checked and adjusted
• Tyres - checked and inflated to correct pressures
• Chain, cassette and drive chain checked and lubricated

And do a full safety check / inspection of the following

• Headset
• Hubs
• Bottom bracket
• Trueness of wheels 
• Handlebar tightness

If there is anything in particular you would like us to look, creaks for example (but not your knees) then let us know when you bring the bike in

Should your bike need anything more major doing to it (e.g. c chain / cassette so worn that they need changing), we will call you before going ahead with any work and explain what needs doing

Please note: Our bronze level service doesn't include cleaning

(If you want to save money on the running cost of your bike - cleaning is our number one tip - keeping the chain clean will stop it wearing itself and the cassette out - and can save some serious replacement cost)
