This is a 7-speed mountain bike Rapidfire lever for crisp gear shifting, with a pod design which allows the use of this shifter with any brake lever. 

It is a low-friction design means that shifters have a light and responsive short-stroke action that reduces shifting effort with an easy to read optical gear display
