Note: This a refill pack only - for when you've used all your original darts!

They come in a plastic tube to stop them getting dirty and are held in that tube by an internal carrier to stop them rattling around 

Stan's developed the Dual Action Repair for Tubeless (known as DART) to repair larger slices and punctures in tubeless tyres easier, faster and more reliably than existing tyre plugs.

Their dual action darts create both a mechanical and chemical seal, unlike traditional tyre plugs. The DART anchors into punctures while creating a chemical reaction with your Stan's sealant to quickly form an airtight bond. The DARTs patent pending ability to react with latex sealant makes tubeless tyre repair easy, fast and reliable for all riders. 

The strong flexible laser-cut material contours to punctures and maximizes surface area sealing power. Because the DART anchors to your tyre and bonds with your sealant, it won’t pull out while riding. The DART doesn’t require trimming once inserted, they can’t be felt while riding (even on road tyres) and they wear smooth naturally.

Important note: The DART is designed to work with all Stan's sealant, a latex based sealant is required for proper function. To ensure maximum sealing capabilities are achieved additional sealant may be added to the tyre before DART installation. 

DART refill instructions: 

1. Open the DART refill container and remove the carrier rack of fresh darts 
2. On your DART tool locate the empty chamber that requires a refill and remove clear cap 
3. Insert the carbon rod of the DART tool into the back of the plastic tip of the fresh dart while applying light finger pressure to the tip of the dart 
4. Slide new dart out of rack and in the refill pack 
5. Insert rack back into the storage container (Please note- to preserve effectiveness ensure the container lid is completely closed)
6. Reinstall the clear cap on your DART tool and it is ready for use!
