Brompton CatEye front light bracket
For a long time this mounting bracket was not available separately - only as part of the Brompton 500LM front light kit - so it may soon be unavailable again!
In 2016 Brompton started offering the Cateye Volt 300 front light as an option, this then became the Volt 400 then the Ampp 500
(Also suitable for Cateye Volt 400 and 800 - and most CatEye front lights)
This is replacement mounting bracket for the Cateye VOLT / AMPP front light
It is suitable for the following Brompton folding bike - it fits to the front forks:
- Pre 2017 Brompton
- Brompton A Line
- Brompton C Line
- Brompton P Line
- Brompton T Line
It is not compatible with:
- Brompton G Line
The bracket fits to the front forks in place of the front reflector (it does require that you remove the front brake calipers and front mudguard if fitted)

Just so brilliantly Brompton'....
An excellent product. I love the fact that someone has really though about the problem and has come up with a solution that is gloriously Brompton: a unique design that is simple, exactly what is needed, and made to the right quality. It simply 'works' and is so much better than any of the rather 'add-on' lights I have had in the past. The fact that it works very neatly with the front luggage fitted came as no surprise. I admit that it makes me smile every time I use the front light!
Just what I wanted
i had bought a bracket but it wasn't compatible with my brompton luggage mount. One call to brilliant bikes and i can now have a light mounted properly. Thanks to the advice and service from brilliant bikes. I can't recommend brilliant bikes highly enough
