Brompton chain tensioner nut for Brompton hub geared bikes with SRAM / Sachs 3/6 speed rear wheel.
Technical notes:
The rear wheel will be (probably) marked with Sachs on the side. It's called SRAM as Sachs were taken over by SRAM at some point in the past.
